The Water-Carrier
He who communicates with the source and waters the old acres with the new
water of life. The messenger of a new era: “The Age of Aquarius”.
It isan old myth brought back to life. The Water-carrier can be booked in
two versions. For indoors with the pitcher with streaming water. For street
theatre festivals there are the spouting fingers as special effect. The Water-carrier
can be extended with the following additional acts: L’Ombre – two
trees on stilts; MaDame – two ladies as torsos; The Lovers – duo
on a pedestal; Hendrik Jan the Gardener; The Copper Lady
Mr & Mrs White.
During this show of 20 minutes the guests can take a look into Mr & Mrs
White’s living room. That it is not all roses there, appears from the
worries and activities during this special day. Generally, Mr White is quite
occupied with himself. After several strenuous attempts, Mrs White finally
manages to get her husband to to something together. How this goes, you will
see during your look at a day out of their curious life.
The Ballerina
The act is a combination of classical ballet and stand-still mobile theatre.
The Ballerina stands motionless on her pedestal. The music starts and the
Ballerina slowly becomes alive. She moves. She dances. Hup, on her ballet
shoes and in a circle. She captivates the audience with her charming movements.
Then, she comes to a standstill. At the final chord of the music she fixes
again into a graceful pose. She closes her eyes. This act is possible with
live music.
